Start with the operating model
VentroSync should hold the authoritative quantity for every managed product. Shopify, WooCommerce and Daraz listings connect to that local product, while orders return to the workspace and update the shared stock.
Complete the foundations
Confirm business settings, review the default Office Warehouse, create the products you already stock and invite team members with appropriate permissions.
- Use PKR as the workspace currency when selling in Pakistan.
- Add accurate SKUs before mapping store catalogs.
- Keep financial permissions limited to approved managers.
