Move orders from ready to shipped with PostEx tracking
PostEx is a delivery integration rather than a sales channel. VentroSync connects courier activity to the original order so operations teams can book parcels, retain tracking numbers and review shipment movement without treating courier stock as store inventory.
What the integration helps you control
Store-specific pickup details
Associate a valid PostEx merchant pickup address with each connected store before booking its orders.
Editable booking review
Validate recipient, phone, address, destination city, weight and COD amount before sending the booking request.
Tracking timeline
Keep the tracking number, normalized status, latest movement and available courier history with the VentroSync order.
Delivered COD completion
When PostEx confirms delivery, eligible COD orders can move to completed and fully paid according to configured workflow rules.
Recommended setup workflow
- Enable the organization PostEx integration and save the merchant API token securely.
- Refresh available merchant pickup addresses and assign the correct one to each store.
- Review delivery details on the VentroSync order and create the courier booking.
- Refresh tracking individually or in bulk and investigate unmatched or exception shipments.
PostEx integration questions
Is PostEx an ecommerce store integration?
No. PostEx is shown separately as a courier and fulfilment integration. Shopify, WooCommerce and Daraz are sales channels.
Can each store use a different PostEx pickup address?
Yes. A store can retain its selected merchant address code so the courier booking uses the appropriate brand or dispatch location.
Does delivered mean paid for COD orders?
VentroSync can mark an eligible COD order completed and fully paid after a confirmed delivered status. Returns and other terminal exceptions remain separate.
Connect the account, inspect mappings and test a limited inventory or order flow before enabling larger synchronization.
