Keep Shopify inventory aligned with every place you sell
VentroSync acts as the master inventory workspace for teams selling through Shopify and additional channels. Map each sellable variant, choose the correct Shopify location and keep quantities visible from one operational system.
What the integration helps you control
Variant-level mapping
Connect each Shopify variant to the matching VentroSync simple product or variation instead of relying on title matching.
Location-aware inventory
Push available stock to the selected Shopify location while VentroSync retains warehouse-level quantities and movement history.
Order import and recovery
Receive Shopify orders through supported webhooks and use recovery pulls when an event is delayed or unavailable.
Sync Health
Compare the VentroSync master quantity with the connected Shopify quantity and retry only the products that need attention.
Recommended setup workflow
- Create a Shopify store record and complete secure OAuth authorization.
- Confirm the product, inventory and order access granted to VentroSync.
- Select the Shopify inventory location and import or inspect the catalog.
- Map products and variants, verify a small stock sample, then activate synchronization.
Shopify integration questions
Can VentroSync synchronize Shopify variants?
Yes. A Shopify variation can map to a VentroSync variation or to a separate simple VentroSync product when that better matches the master catalog.
Why does a Shopify product show inventory not tracked?
The Shopify variant must have inventory tracking enabled and be stocked at the selected location before its available quantity can be managed.
Can Shopify and WooCommerce share one stock quantity?
Yes. Map both store listings to the same VentroSync stock item. VentroSync then remains the master quantity while each connected channel receives updates.
Connect the account, inspect mappings and test a limited inventory or order flow before enabling larger synchronization.
