Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of VentroSync, a multi-store inventory and operations service provided by VentroSync.

1. Merchant responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, authorize only appropriate team members, and have the rights needed to process all products, orders, customer records, documents, and other content you place in the service.

2. Connected platforms

You authorize VentroSync to access connected services within the scopes you approve and to perform synchronization actions you enable. Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing mappings, inventory settings, and bulk actions before applying changes.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, interfere with the service, resell access without permission, or copy product information you are not authorized to use.

4. Data and backups

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and back it up to provide the service. You remain responsible for reviewing exports and maintaining any additional backups required by your business.

5. Trials, plans, and fees

New workspaces may receive the trial period shown during registration. The selected paid plan does not begin charging automatically during the trial. Pricing, included capacity, taxes, renewal periods, and payment instructions are presented before paid activation. Payments may be collected by invoice, bank transfer, an approved payment provider, or—where applicable—the Shopify Billing API. No fee is charged unless it is clearly presented and approved. We may suspend paid features after a trial or subscription expires, while providing reasonable options to renew or export data.

6. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. APIs, networks, and connected platforms can fail or change. We may improve or modify features while preserving the core purpose of the service and will communicate material changes where appropriate.

7. Suspension and termination

You may disconnect a store or stop using the service. We may suspend access for security risks, unlawful use, non-payment, or material breach. On termination, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You should verify important stock, pricing, order, accounting, and reporting decisions. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
